ALEXANDRA ATLAN-ELHAIK
has a DEA postgraduate qualification in Communication Law and a DESS postgraduate qualification in Multimedia and IT Law. Alexandra ATLAN-ELHAIK obtained her license to practise in 2003. After working within several law firms specializing in intellectual property, she joined the corporate sector and became Head of Legal for Agnès b.
In 2008, she founded her own consultancy and advised numerous fashion retailers, having gained a thorough understanding of their industry. Alexandra ATLAN-ELHAIK is an EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office) professional representative for trademarks and designs. Alexandra ATLAN-ELHAIK is a member of the APRAM (Association of Trade Mark and Design Law Practitioners) and INTA (International Trademark Association).
NATHALIE BOKSENBAUM
graduated from Paris II University with a DEA postgraduate qualification in Literary, Artistic and Industrial Property Law. After being admitted to the Bar in 2003 and practising as a lawyer for two years, she chose to gain further experience in a luxury fashion retailer and later within the Trademark Department of an intellectual property consultancy.
Nathalie BOKSENBAUM is an EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office) professional representative for trademarks and designs. Nathalie BOKSENBAUM is a member of the APRAM (Association of Trade Mark and Design Law Practitioners) and INTA (International Trademark Association).
COLLABORATOR
Marion Abergel has been a lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2022. She joined the law firm ATLAN & BOKSENBAUM Avocats in 2023, where she works in both advisory and litigation roles, specializing in intellectual property and personal data protection.
She works in both English and French.
Marion Abergel holds a Master 2 in Business Law from the University Lyon III Jean Moulin, with a dual program at the EM LYON Business School, and a university diploma from the University of Montpellier in Intellectual Property Law. She obtained the Certificate of Aptitude for the Legal Profession (CAPA) in 2021, following training at the EFB (School of Professional Training of Bars within the jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeal).
Before joining the ATLAN & BOKSENBAUM Avocats firm, Marion Abergel worked as an associate in a renowned Parisian law firm specializing in intellectual property and the art market. She also completed several internships in law firms specialized in intellectual property, as well as within the "Intellectual Property and Digital Law" department of the legal division of a large French publishing group.
Maître Abergel is also involved in the Parisian pro bono association "Barreau des arts," which aims to promote access to legal services for authors and performing artists facing precarious situations.
